Pricing questions
How much does Mise Team cost?
Mise Team is £100 per restaurant per month, with everything included. Groups that start with several restaurants get a discount for their first four months: 10% off for 2 or 3 restaurants, 20% off for 4 or 5, and 50% off for 6 or more.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan can start with a 30-day free trial. You choose your plan and add a card when you sign up, and you are not charged until the trial ends. Or choose “Sign up now” to start your paid plan straight away.
How do I add another restaurant?
Add it to your plan from the Billing page and it is ready to set up straight away. Each restaurant is £100 a month, charged pro rata for the rest of the current month.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes. You add a card when you start the trial so there is no gap in service when it ends. You are not charged for the first 30 days, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel from the Billing page at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
